酒庄简介

Dulon家族是具有250年历史的葡萄酿酒世家，当家族第一代Jean Dulon建立酒庄的时候，只有区区12公顷，今天michel dulon先生将酒庄面积扩大到130公顷。vignobles dulon位于波尔多两海间( entre deux mers )区域。dulon夫妇拥有3个葡萄园，爱盖soulignac, targon和langoiran地区。天然的地理位置和优质的土壤，为酿制优质葡萄酒提供了完美的条件。

Saint-Emilion Grand Cru是一个地理标志 ，也就是我们常说的“法定产区”。只要生产流程符合此地理标志的生产规定，任何位于Saint-Emilion区域的酒农都可以在其酒瓶上标注Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.

它的生产要求比普通的Saint-Emilion更严格，比如Saint-Emilion Grand Cru每公顷的最高产量不能超过4千6百升，而普通的Saint-Emilion则可达到5千3百升; Saint-Emilion Grand Cru的陈酿时间必须长于17个月, 而普通的Saint-Emilion仅需要陈酿4个月就可以出售等等。其质量优于一般的圣埃美隆法定产区。
